Getting here
Annexet is located in Johanneshov in southern Stockholm. The nearest station is Globen, but to avoid congestion you can also use Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg or Enskede gård. Plan your trip with SL travel planner.
Construction work in the area makes access difficult, and during events traffic is heavy and parking is limited. We recommend leaving your car at home and using public transport. If you need to drive, use a park-and-ride facility and take public transport for the final part of your journey. Information about park-and-ride facilities can be found here.

Practical information
For a smooth entry
Bags larger than 40x40x20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food and drinks are not permitted inside the arena. A cloakroom is available inside the arena (SEK 50/item).
We are expecting large crowds, and due to the high security level, entry may take some time. To ensure a smooth entry, please arrive well in advance.
On-site assistance
If you experience any issues with your tickets, please visit the box office at Globentorget or contact one of our event hosts for assistance with other matters. Any complaints must always be raised directly on-site. Once the event has ended, your tickets will be considered accepted by you as a visitor.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for purchase inside the arena.
Your tickets
To retrieve your app tickets, you need to download the Stockholm Live app. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play. A confirmation email is not sufficient — you must scan the QR code in the app to enter the arena. If your ticket states entrance 3, please use entrance 6 instead.

Food & drinks
Garden Bar & Restaurant
Start your evening with dinner or enjoy a drink in a relaxed and stylish setting before the concert at Annexet. The menu includes everything from juicy burgers to desserts and refreshing drinks. The restaurant is open until the concert starts. Table reservations are not available.
Bars and kiosk
Bars are located on the floor and balcony. They remain open until 30 minutes before the concert ends. The age limit in the bars is 18, and valid ID may be required. There is also a kiosk by section A6 offering light meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.

We want to make it easy to be a sustainable arena visitor, which is why we offer reusable cups. Do your part of the deal and return your cup to a designated collection bin before you leave!
