Guests with wheelchairs

For most events, wheelchair spots can be booked on our website. If unavailable, please contact our ticket provider, AXS, for assistance.

The number and location of wheelchair spots vary depending on the event. Wheelchair users are entitled to bring an accompanying person free of charge, seated nearby or directly behind. Additional accompaniers require special authorization at the entrance.

Guests with reduced mobility

Annexet is located on street level, which makes it easy to get around – there are no stairs and different stands in the same way as in Stockholm Live’s larger arenas.

For some events, tickets to Annexet´s balcony are sold and to reach the balcony some stairs are unavoidable.

Paratransit service

Appropriate drop-off and pick-up for travel services can vary depending on whether there are more events in the area on the same day that might involve any roadblocks, etc. Our traffic hosts are always on site and can refer you correctly.
There is a lift at the Quality Hotel Globe that takes you up to the Arena Square and from there you can reach your entrance unhindered.

If you need travel service for departure after the event we recommend keeping a 30 minute margin when booking, as precise end times for events and concerts often varies.

Reduced mobility with own car

If you arrive in your own car and carry a disability permit, you can find designated parking spaces at Globen Shopping and in Arenagaraget under Tele2 Arena, but please remember that these spaces are quickly filled as crowds grow.

Guide or assistance dogs

Guide or assistance dogs are allowed to accompany their owners to the accessibility seats in each arena. If you wish to book this type of seat, please contact info@stockholmlive.com
